Best Buy is offering Borderlands 3 on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 for just $9.99. If you’ve somehow not bought Borderlands 3, now’s a great time to do so. Metacritic gives it a very favorable 82, and I personally think it’s one of the best cel shaded FPS games ever published.
